7Kranaos S.d. Ktesiphon aus dem Demos Besa stellte den Antrag: Worüber
8Bericht erstattet der Priester des Asklepios, nämlich über die Opfer,
9die er opferte dem Asklepios in der Stadt und der Hygieia
10und den anderen Göttern, denen es traditionell Brauch war, zu Glück und Heil!,
11wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden, die erlost
12sein werden zum Vorsitz im Volk für die nächste
13Volksversammlung hierüber verhandeln lassen unter dem Punkt „Sakrales“ und
14die Beschlussvorlage des Rates in die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat
15es für gut befindet, dass man das Gute billige, das geschehen ist bei
16den Opfern für das Heil und die Rettung des Rates und
17des Volkes und der Kinder und Frauen 〚und des Königs
18Antigonos und - - -〛; – Da der Priester, am
19höchsten die Frömmigkeit gegenüber den Göttern erachtend,

8the priest of Asklepios reports about the sacrifices
9which he made to Asklepios in the city and to Hygieia
10and to the other gods for whom it is traditional, for good fortune,
11the Council shall decide: that the presiding committee allotted
12to preside in the People for the [next or upcoming] Assembly
13shall put the matter on the agenda as an item of the sacred business and submit
14the opinion of the Council to the People, that it seems
15good to the Council to accept the good things that occurred in
16the sacrifices for the health and preservation of the Council and
17the People and children and women 〚and king
18Antigonos and - - - - - - - - -〛; since the priest,
19placing highest value on piety to the gods,
20made the sacrifice - - -

22and conducted the all-night revel in a way worthy of the god, to

33of the prytany. Prinicpal Assembly. Of the presiding committee Eucharistos
34son of Chares of Aphidna was putting to the vote and his fellow presiding committee members. The Council
35and People decided. Kranaos son of Ktesiphon of [Besa] proposed:

37made for Asklepios and Hygieia and to the other gods for whom it is traditional,
